HSC Health now is offering scheduling of in-office visits in addition to telehealth virtual visits.
Call for an appointment:
• 817-735-CARE (2273) for Priority Care Clinic (for employees and their families) and the Student Clinic
• 817-735-3627 for all other appointments
What you should expect when you schedule an in-person appointment:
• Screening upon entering the building—All patients and visitors will have their temperature taken and be asked a few simple screening questions.
• Masking—Everyone—including patients, visitors and clinic staff—will be required to wear a mask or acceptable face covering while in the clinic. Limited exceptions include children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing and anyone who is unable to remove the mask without assistance.
• Visitors, Guests and Caregivers—Only one person may accompany patients to their appointment, if assistance is needed. This person must be at least 16 years of age and will be screened at check-in.
• Social distancing—Appointments will be scheduled to minimize the number of patients in a waiting room. Also, waiting room seating will be arranged to keep seating groups six feet apart.
• Before your appointment—Remember to complete your Pre-Visit check-in that will be sent to you via email or text for contact-free registration.
Please notify your provider’s office before your appointment if:
• You have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days
• You are experiencing any of the symptoms (or combination of symptoms) below:
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fever
• Chills or repeated shaking with chills
• Muscle pain
• Headache
• Sore throat
