The University of North Texas Health Science Center has contracted with the Organizational Excellence Group at UT Austin to conduct an employee-satisfaction survey that begins today. Marc Foster, in the Office of Organizational Excellence, is your organization?s survey contact.
You will receive an email from Organizational Excellence Group at UT Austin with a link to begin the survey. This survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and asks for your insights into what your organization is doing well and the areas in which it needs to improve. Your thoughtfulness and honesty are critical to this process. This survey is anonymous and may be taken during work hours. Your responses go directly to and are tabulated by the Organizational Excellence Group at UT Austin and reported to UNTHSC. As with past versions of this survey, the results will be used to determine UNTHSC?s strengths and which areas need improvement.
