The BPFA FUN Club is hosting its annual Halloween Costume Contest on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Submit a picture of your costume, including a sign with your name, department, date and the words Fun club to funclub@unthsc.edu no later than 2 PM on Wednesday, October 31st. Voting will be available online November 2nd – 6th. Please obtain approval from your supervisor and wear work appropriate costumes, (please no costumes with masks, toy guns or knives.)
Categories are: King, Queen and Group
Prizes: Each winner will receive a plaque and can choose a delivered meal of up to $40 for the winners of King and Queen, and $50 for the Group winners.
