Group Exercise Super Sampler on Monday August 17th

Interested in trying group exercise classes but not sure which ones you’ll like? Come to our group exercise super sampler on Monday August 17th at 4:30pm. We will be offering 10-20 minute samples of many of our formats, and to add to the fun, it will be 80s themed! Dust of your leg warmers and your sweat bands and come to the FAC for a gnarly, calorie-blasting time!

TurboKick – 10 minutes
Complete Athlete – 15 minutes
Tai Chi – 20 minutes
HIIT Remix – 15 minutes
Power Yoga – 10 minutes

If you still have energy left after all of that, stick around for a 30 min sample of Spin*, 5:45-6:15pm.
