Geordi Cortez-Neavel to Present Internship Practicum Seminar: “Building Resilience with HRVB: A Randomized Controlled Trial of HRVB to Reduce Emotional Exhaustion/Burnout…”

In partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Master of Science degree in the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, Geordi Cortez-Neavel will present a seminar entitled, “Building Resilience with Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback (HRVB): A Randomized Controlled Trial of HRVB to Reduce Emotional Exhaustion/Burnout in Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit Providers” on November 5, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. in CBH-220. The campus community is invited to attend. A private defense with the advisory committee will immediately follow the seminar.

Geordi Cortez-Neavel is a master’s candidate in Clinical Research Management, under the supervision of Harlan Jones, Ph.D., Assistant Professor.
