Haven’t taken the Employee Engagement Survey yet? Look for an email from Gallup

Those who haven’t yet taken the Gallup Employee Engagement survey will receive a reminder email from Gallup today and next week with their link to the survey. These emails will be sent only to those who haven’t yet taken the survey.

Here are excerpts from an email President Williams sent to all faculty and staff members on April 10:

In recent listening sessions, I shared updates on progress we’re making on our strategic plan.  Front and center is our goal to become a more engaged team, and one way we will measure our progress is through the results of the Gallup survey.

I want to thank those who have already completed the Gallup Employee Engagement survey. Your responses help speed us on our journey to become a Best Place for All.  Your participation is greatly appreciated.

For those who haven’t yet taken the survey, a reminder is on its way from the Gallup organization.  Take a few minutes to respond.  Your voice is important as we further develop our plans to enhance employee engagement as set out in our See 2020 Strategic Plan. The more team members who respond, the more accurate our results, and the more effective our actions.

As always, I appreciate your extraordinary teamwork in becoming One University, built on values, defining and producing the providers of the future, and I look forward to seeing all perspectives reflected in our Gallup Survey results.
