FY20 Asset Coordinator Training and FAQ’s

Department Chairs & Asset Coordinators,

The Central Services department will be offering Asset Training this month. The training will cover three subjects: Property Custody Receipt (PCR) form changes, Asset Coordinator designation form changes, and FY2020 inventory.

The process for PCR and Asset Coordinator submission is now an on-line system.

The Coordinators now have the ability to identify assets as being off-campus.

This is an opportunity to show what has been created and receive any feedback you have about these changes. Our team would also like for you to bring any questions you have for us.

We look forward to showing you the direction we are going and receiving suggestions from you.

Training Dates & Locations
October 23rd, 10:00 – 11:15 a.m., MET 320K (24 seats)
October 24th, 1:00 – 2:15 p.m., LIB 225 (24 seats)
