In order to save energy and campus funds, Facilities Management is offering financial assistance for labs to upgrade to a more efficient model by either replacing an old unit or purchasing a new one. The requirements are as follows:
? The lab must be physically on campus or in a space owned by the university.
? The funds must be used to purchase either the Sterling Model SU780XLE or ThermoFisher TSX (or other model with similar efficiency).
? Each lab may request funds for up to two freezers. Labs can request up to $3000 for each freezer.
? Funds will be given for ultra-low temperature freezers only.
