Faculty and Staff of the UNT System Enterprise:
As announced last week, we are partnering with the McChrystal Group to harness our collective potential to become truly one System, the University of North Texas System Enterprise. As part of this process, we are conducting an Organizational Diagnostic consisting of a short online survey. The diagnostic will improve our understanding of how employees and leaders perceive our entire enterprise’s performance across core organizational capabilities and characteristics.
On Monday, April 25, a broad selection of faculty and staff received an email from survey@McChrystalGroup.com that included additional information as well as a unique link to complete the survey. If you received a survey invitation, please do not forward the personal link to anyone else. This is a priority for our organization, and I’m asking each of you to play a critical role in helping shape the future success of the UNT System Enterprise by completing the survey and sharing your honest opinions and experiences.
The Organizational Diagnostic will give us a better understanding of how our business actually operates – the way we plan, communicate and collaborate, make decisions and execute our strategies. This is your chance to be frank and constructive in your feedback so that we can continue to transform the UNT System Enterprise for the better.
Please complete the survey component of this assessment no later than midnight on Friday, May 6. The survey will take about 20-30 minute to complete and there are no right or wrong answers. Thank you in advance for your participation.
