Come for workout roulette this Friday at 12:15-1:00pm to get your spin workout in! We will use hills, sprints, intervals and fun music to give you a great workout. You will leave feeling sweaty and accomplished!
**This class is limited to 12 participants and you must present a class pass to the instructor at the start of class. Passes can be obtained in person at the front desk up to 15 minutes prior to class start time. One pass per person and passes cannot be picked up for another person.**
