UnBound is facilitating a FREE training on human trafficking at ESC Region 11 on Friday, November 9 from 9:00am-4:00pm. They will have speakers from FWPD, Alliance for Children, NCMEC, and UnBound, as well as a private counselor who works with trafficking survivors and their families. Topics include:

• What are we seeing here locally in terms of minors involved in human trafficking
• Signs to watch for
• Responding to an outcry
• Accessing services for students who have been trafficked
• How the trauma experienced by trafficking survivors affects them in the classroom
• Empowering your school’s faculty, parents, and students to reduce vulnerabilities
