It’s time for your annual flu vaccine! HSC Health will begin offering flu vaccines during designated times for HSC employees on October 17th and October 22nd.

To schedule your appointment:
1. Visit https://phreesia.me/FluVaccineClinic
2. For the location, use “HSC Campus”
3. For visit type select “HSC Employee Flu Shot”
4. Select an appointment from the available times listed
5. Complete the registration information
Please use your cell phone number and email when registering – the verification code and pre-registration will be sent via text message or email. Check your junk folder if you do not receive an email! To expedite the check-in process and decrease delays, please complete your pre-visit check-in before arriving for your appointment.
