Dear Campus Community,
As September comes to a close, we want to send one last reminder offering the $200/year fitness center membership. The last day to purchase a yearlong membership at this rate, will be Friday, September 30th.
Effective September 1, 2016, the fee to utilize the fitness center is $20 per month for all students and employees.
To continue utilizing the fitness center, several membership and registration options are available to allow members to determine the preferences that work best for them.
? One year discounted membership ? $200 (Available for purchase in September only)
? 3 Month ? $60
? 6 Month ? $120
? 9 Month ? $180
? 12 Month – $240
? Payroll deduction- $20/month, 3 month minimum
How to Register
1. In Person ? Starting September 1, 2016, you may come to the fitness center to purchase the membership of your choice at our front desk. Cash and credit card are acceptable forms of payment.
2. Online (Recommended) ? You may purchase the membership of your choice from our ActiveNet website (https://apm.activecommunities.com/unthscohp). Please follow the steps outlined below to sign up online.
? All UNTHSC students and employees are currently in our Active software, so please select ?sign in? and then ?forgot password.?
? Enter your UNTHSC email address and a temporary password will be sent to you. Sign in with your temporary password to create a new password for your future use.
? Once you are signed into your account, click on ?Memberships? from the bar at the top, select the membership of your choice and follow the prompts to register.
? Please do not create an account with another email address, as it will result in duplicate accounts in the system.

3. Payroll Deduction (Employees Only) ? The new payroll deduction form can be submitted at any time. To enroll in membership via payroll deduction, complete an updated payroll deduction form and submit it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you were on payroll deduction prior to the price increase, the last $10 deduction came from the September 1st paycheck to pay for your August membership. In order to continue your membership, you will need to submit an updated payroll deduction form.
