Fit Fest- Title Boxing

Title Boxing provides a fun fitness side of Boxing, Kickboxing and MMA workouts. They make classes similar to what your favorite fighter does to get ready for a fight. If your goal is to lose weight, get faster or stronger try Title Boxing. Classes are 1 hour long and are instructor led by walking around help you out and show you how to throw punches and kicks with proper form. All of the classes are all level classes; you take everything at your own pace. It is a fun and intense workout that works your whole body in 1 hour.
