Fifteen Minute Wellness Walk TODAY!

Have you been trying to fit more physical activity into your work day? The Office of Health Promotion is excited to announce Wellness Walks. Join members of the Health Promotion Staff in front of the Gibson D. Lewis Library for a 15 minute walk. Throughout the month of June, we will meet every Friday at 10:15 am for a Wellness Walk. Can?t make it on Fridays? Join us on Tuesday, June 14 and Tuesday, June 28 at 3:00pm. All Wellness Walks will start at the Library Courtyard. Please note, if it rains we will walk indoors.
