The Facilitating an Effective Performance Evaluation development session (AP16FE) is designed to help supervisors prepare to deliver effective performance feedback during the formal evaluation process.
*Please note that this session is different than the Staff Performance Feedback session (HP16SF), which focuses on the online form for 2016 Staff Performance Feedback. Attending both sessions will help ensure you are ready to deliver effective performance feedback during the annual process.
Our goal will be to help you improve your skills around delivering performance feedback by focusing on: preparation and delivery. During the session, you will:
– Learn strategies to help prepare for performance evaluation discussions.
– Identify effective methods for delivering evaluation feedback.
– Explore ways to improve communication during sensitive evaluation conversations.
This session is facilitated by UNT System Talent Management and is open to all HSC supervisors.
