It is with great sorrow that we announce the heartbreaking news of the unexpected death of our team member; Hahn Fernandez. Hahn, the CSR Lead at Family Medicine Seminary Clinic, succumbed to cancer on Tuesday August 30th. Hahn would have celebrated her 15th year anniversary with UNT on September 1st. Our hearts and prayers go out to her friends and family. The family is respectfully asking for donations from those who would like to contribute to the funeral costs.
