Eisenberg to Deliver Outstanding Graduate Faculty Seminar

Each year at UNT Health Science Center, the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and Graduate Student Association proudly sponsor the Outstanding Graduate Faculty Seminar Series. The graduate student body annually selects one outstanding faculty member who is invited to present his or her research efforts in a public seminar. This seminar series was created to foster an understanding of the long-term research efforts of the award recipients. Recipients are selected based on their commitment to the ideals of higher education, involvement in graduate education and dedication to the student body. This remains the highest honor bestowed upon a member of the GSBS faculty.

The 2014-15 Outstanding Graduate Faculty Member is Arthur Eisenberg, Ph.D. Professor of Molecular and Medical Genetics and Director of the UNT Center for Human Identification. Dr. Eisenberg will present a seminar entitled “The Workings of the Center for Human Identification” on Thursday, November 12, 2015, at 3:30 p.m. in Luibel Hall (EAD-108). You are cordially invited to attend the seminar and the reception honoring Dr. Eisenberg immediately following.
