President Michael Williams sent this email to all team members Nov. 26, 2019:
Dear Team,
In the spirit of gratitude as Thanksgiving approaches, I would like to express my appreciation for all your hard work and our many accomplishments in a small way by closing most UNTHSC offices at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Those team members who are vital to our operations during this time will be given an equal amount of time off at a later date, which they may coordinate with their supervisors. Our Health Pavilion will remain open to serve patients, and the Lewis Library will remain open with limited staffing according to its holiday schedule.
Here are instructions for recording your time while UNTHSC is closed. Please feel free to contact your supervisor with any questions.
