The UNTHSC Center for Anatomical Sciences will host Ruthanne ‘Rudi’ Thompson, Ph.D., University Distinguished Teaching Professor of Biology and Director of the Science Education Research Laboratory, UNT Denton, for a seminar entitled “The Science of Education” at noon on Friday, May 10 in RES 326. Refreshments will be provided.
Dr. Thompson’s research interests include science teacher professional development and science education as a field of study. Dr. Thompson also serves as the Executive Director of the UNT Center for Learning Experimentation, Application, and Research (CLEAR) and Co-director of Teach North Texas (TNT).
