Dr. Julie Fratantoni presents ‘Learn to Love Your Brain,’ Wednesday, June 15

Join us in person on Wednesday, June 15, 9:30 to 10:30 am, at the MET to hear Dr. Julie Fratantoni, cognitive neuroscientist at the Center for BrainHealth, talk about strategies to enhance brain performance and strengthen the brain.

During Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month, learn how to care for your brain. We’ve known for years the importance of diet, exercise, and good physical health, but more recently science has come to understand the importance of cognitive activity. Keeping your mind active and healthy may delay or prevent cognitive decline. Join us to learn how to optimize your mental energy, protect your cognitive resources and drop the toxic habits that can potentially protect against lost capacity.

Presented by the Alzheimer’s Association in partnership with Amerigroup.
