Dr. Josh Snodgrass (U. Oregon) “Life history tradeoffs between childhood growth and immune function among Shuar forager-horticulturalists of Amazonian Ecuador” at 3:30 pm on Thursday, July 11 (LIB 110)

Josh Snodgrass, PhD, is a Professor of Anthropology and Global Health at the University of Oregon.  His research focuses on human adaptation to environmental stressors (e.g., cold stress), the influence of social change on health (especially cardiovascular and metabolic diseases), the effects of chronic psychosocial stress on health and well-being, and the evolution of the human diet. 
Dr. Snodgrass will present a research seminar entitled “Life history tradeoffs between childhood growth and immune function among Shuar forager-horticulturalists of Amazonian Ecuador” at 3:30 pm on Thursday, July 11 in Library 110.
