We invite you to the 6th annual Diversity Pipelines in Medical, Biomedical, and Social Sciences with the theme, “Values, Community, Outreach: Addressing Diversity in Biomedical Education”, on Thursday, Feb. 18, in MET 109-111 from 6:00pm-9:00pm.
The Black Graduate Student Association (BGSA), Center For Diversity and International Programs (CDIP), Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA), National Research Mentoring Network (NRMN), Public Health Minority Association (PHMA), Society for Advancement of Chicanos and Native Americans (SACNAS), and Student National Medical Association (SNMA), host this event.
Our aim is to provide an inter-professional and inter-disciplinary program to inspire, inform, and encourage minority students in their careers. This year our panel includes medical doctors, research scientists, medical writers, and other health professionals.
Dress code is business casual and dinner will be provided accompanied by soft music to promote an elegant atmosphere for networking.
All are welcome and we would be delighted if you could join us.
Please RSVP on Orgsync. This is a recorded event. If you have any questions or concerns contact marlyn.panchoo@live.unthsc.edu.
