Effective learning goes beyond remembering or understanding facts and theories. It also entails measuring higher order intellectual skills and soft skills such as attitudes or habits. This workshop provides some ideas for constructing assessments that go beyond test of factual knowledge and comprehension.

To receive professional credit and register:
1.Log-in to the EIS Portal
2.At the top select the ?Human Resources? tab
3.On the left side menu — scroll down and select ?Training & Development?
4.Select “Training Enrollment”
5.Select ?Search by Course Number?
6.Type in the Course Number – HP15EA
7.Click on “View Available Sessions”
8.Click on the session number you are interested in
9.Click on “Continue”
10.Click on “Submit”
11.Click on “OK”
