About the Supervisory Building Blocks Program

The Supervisory Building Blocks program is offered through the UNT System Talent Management team in partnership with HSC campus leadership. The program is designed to build and refine understanding of a supervisory role through a focus on transactional and functional knowledge, HR compliance, and core supervisory competencies. At the end of the program, participants are given a certificate of completion.
