The UNTHSC Community Garden, a project of the Office of Sustainability, marks its first birthday this month and will be expanding. It currently has 16 plots, but will add 9 more Saturday, February 21st. Community members are now welcome to manage plots in the garden with the new expansion. The garden donates 25% of its yield to a local food bank.
