Changes to Group Ex Schedule: This Week Only

There are a few changes to the group exercise schedule for this week only.

Wednesday: ABCs (Kyle) 12:15pm-1:00pm

Thursday: Circuit Set Up (no instructor; self-guided) 11:30am-1:30pm

Thursday: Spin* (Nicki) 12:15pm-1:00pm

FLASH BACK FRIDAY w/Emily Mire 12:15pm-1:00pm

*Spin class is limited to 12 participants and you must present a class pass to the instructor at the start of class. Passes can be obtained in person at the front desk up to 15 minutes prior to class start time. One pass per person and passes cannot be picked up for another person

Our group exercise instructors will set up a circuit in the Group Exercise Room for you to work through on your own this Thursday from 11:30am-1:30pm. So if you can’t make Spin, be sure to stop by the Group Ex Room!
