Facilities will soon be releasing two new programs, one for space management, and the other for facilities work orders. HSC teams are currently learning about these programs prior to releasing it to campus.
The reason for this change is that FM Systems Space Module was created with the assistance of UNT System personnel to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in recording and reporting space usage in a higher-ed facility. Another decision was made to change work order system to ensure compatibility in facilities processes.
