CETS Training: How to set up for a Zoom/Teams (hybrid) meeting

CETS invites you to attend a training with Q & A session for setting up a Zoom/Teams (hybrid) meeting.

This session would cover the basic steps to take once you are in the room where the Zoom/Teams (hybrid) meeting will take place and have either logged into the room computer or connected a laptop to the room system:

How much time should be allowed for setup
Camera:
Select which camera
Adjust the camera
How to select and check
Speakers
Microphone (different rooms have different microphone setups)
Adjusting volume and muting microphones
Basic Tips to create a trouble-free web meeting
Terminology (only a little)
Questions & Answers

If you have a laptop and would like to bring it, please feel free to do so.
