Objectives– Participants will be able to:
• Explain why students prefer courses to be relatively similar to navigate
• Identify the best template available for their course
• Create a title for a module and section headers within a module
• Request templates be added to Canvas courses and access page templates in Design Tools.
• Create a series of modules to arrange the course content in sequential order that has relevance for the course (weeks, exams, units)
• Create the contents of a module including pages, discussions, quizzes, URL (Zoom link for the in-class session), documents, and assignments.
• Rearrange the contents of a module
• Program the release of module content
• Use the track progress feature to track student progress
