Two categories will be considered:
1.Individual (UNTHSC employee/student representing themselves or a UNTHSC department or college)
2.Professional (Bakeries, restaurants and companies that want to get in on the action)

#1 People?s Choice (Taste and Design)
Prizes: 1st Place People?s Choice-Plaque and Blue Rosette
Runner Up: Best Design-Plaque and Red Rosette
Runner Up: Best Taste-Plaque and White Rosette
