Q: I’m not sure my abstract fits the theme of the Symposium. Can I still submit?
A: Yes! We welcome all abstract topics. Please go ahead and submit by the deadline.

Q: Does my abstract have to be COVID-themed?
A: No, your project does not have to be COVID-related. All of this past year’s work was done “in a COVID era” in some sense.

Q: Do I have to be a JPS employee to submit an abstract?
A: No, we welcome abstracts from members of other institutions as well (e.g. UNTHSC, TCU, UTSW, UTA, etc.).

Q: Do I need to already have my project’s data collected before submitting an abstract?
A: No, you can submit an abstract without your data collected.
