Dr. Janice Knebl, DO, MBA

Dr. Knebl brings her clinical expertise to a number of research teams studying aging, Alzheimer’s disease, and the healthcare needs of geriatric populations. She is an active member of the Texas Alzheimer’s Research and Care Consortium which is working to improve early diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. Dr. Knebl was recently named Regents Professor by the UNT System Board of Regents in recognition of her tireless advocacy for seniors and older adults and her significant impact on the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Justin Burton, MBA, BSN, RN, CPPS, CPHQ, NE-BC

Justin is the Patient Safety and Quality Executive for SaferCare Texas and is responsible for the development and management of the SaferCare Patient Safety Organization. Justin is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of hospital experience including critical care, transplant, neuroscience, data analytics, quality improvement, and Risk/Patient safety.

Brett Hartkopp, MSN, RN, CPPS

Brett Hartkopp is the System Director of Clinical Quality for Tower Health based in Reading Pennsylvania. He has over 25 years of leadership experience overseeing all clinical aspects, including medical staff, facilities management, quality and patient safety, regulatory compliance, emergency management, managed care, and quality assurance protocols within the healthcare and public sector.
Prior to being the System Director of Clinical Quality at Tower Health, Brett served as the Division Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety for the 16 Medical City Healthcare facilities in the greater Dallas area.
