A new academic year has just begun and now is a great time for all employees to take a few minutes to review their Oct. 1 paycheck to ensure their benefit elections, deductions and contributions are correct. If you notice any errors or have questions, please email HRbenefits@untsystem.edu and please provide your full name, eight-digit employee identification number, and your question or a description of the potential error. Remember the ERS deadline for correcting any errors related to changes made during Summer Open Enrollment is Oct. 15, 2024.
The beginning of a new academic year is also a great time to log in to your ERS account at www.ers.texas.gov to review and update your personal information to include your mailing and email address. Remember that ERS uses the mailing and email addresses reflected in your personal ERS account to send you important information throughout the year.
