We are excited to announce this year’s parking model will remain the same!!
UNT Health parking permit sales for FY26 will start Wednesday, August 27th through September 15th. The grace period will end September 15, 2025. Please see the parking map for designated areas.
The information below includes the date each type of permit will go on sale and tips to help you with the process.
Premium Parking Permits: Available 9 a.m., Wednesday, August 27th
- Premium Garage 4 – 65 spaces
- Premium Surface Lot 6 – 160 spaces
- To purchase, go to the Parking Portal
- Scroll to the bottom of the Click on “Get Permits.”
- If/when premium permits sell out, please select the premium waitlist desired and sign up.
- Premium surface permit includes Lot 6 and general parking areas.
- Premium garage permit includes Garage 4 and general parking areas.
- If Garage 4 and/or Lot 6 sell out, a general parking permit must be purchased.
General garage and surface parking permits: Available 11 a.m., Wednesday August 27th
- To purchase, go to the Parking Portal.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Click on “Get Permits.”
- General permits do not sell out.
- Includes – Garage 5 and 9, Surface lots 7,8,11 and 19
Additional Information
- Everyone purchasing a FY26 permit will be issued a new permit, please print the temporary permit at end of transaction and discard your expired permit.

- Annual Permits will be distributed on campus, do not select your mailing address!!
Permit Distribution
- Distribution dates will be available from September 23rd to September 30th.
- Pick up location – FMS Building at 901 Clifton Street
