Administrative Professional Team (APT) Special Events Process Review Training via Zoom

Because COVID has limited the in person event planning for the past year and since the holiday event planning season is beginning, we thought a refresher on the UNTHSC event planning requirements and process would be helpful to all admins. Join us on Friday, November 12 at 9:00 am via Zoom as Shea Patterson Young walks us through the intake form process, and shares resources available including consulting, catering and venue recommendation, décor to borrow, and more.
