Address changes needed by May 31 for ERS enrollees

Employees enrolled in State of Texas-sponsored health and optional benefits should make address changes by May 31.

Changes should be made by contacting the Employee Retirement System of Texas (ERS.) ERS administers insurance for eligible employees.

Annual enrollment will be July 10-24.
During the annual enrollment period, eligible employees may make changes to coverage that will be effective from Sept. 1, 2015 through Aug. 31, 2016. Changes, with certain exceptions, may not be made after Sept. 1.

Insurance benefits include medical, dental, prescription drugs, optional term life insurance, short term and long term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, dependent term life and flexible spending accounts (health and dependent.)
