The 200 new parking spaces are open to those who have permits for Garage 5.
The garage is between Clifton Drive and the Center for BioHealth, adjacent to the Interdisciplinary Research and Education Building.
Some construction will continue for a few weeks, including finishing the elevator and installing a new façade. The new parking level will remain open during this work.
