The Institute for Health Disparities (IHD) is happy to announce that our 18th Annual TCHD Conference on Health Disparities will be held IN-PERSON this year.
The theme for this year’s conference is Engaging the Whole Person to Address Health Disparities.
Make plans to attend this 2 day conference featuring engaging sessions and speakers. Continuing Education Credits will be available.
