Please note: Working with a coach from the coach pool does not replace on-going coaching and performance conversations with your supervisor. Rather, working with a coach from the coach pool is intended to supplement that work based on your needs. Depending on your departmental requirements, you may need to notify your supervisor if you begin working with a coach from the coach pool.
