Supervisor Connection Networks

2022 focus group results show that individuals across campus desire more opportunities for connection. One of the ways our office is meeting this need is through our Supervisor Connection Network. The purpose is to connect people to each other and to HSC’s mission, vision and purpose.

Supervisor Connection Network
The Supervisor Connection Network is a dedicated network for supervisors to connect, learn, and share solutions while growing together. The network provides opportunities to inform and connect supervisors to senior leaders, HSC subject matter experts and external leaders in their field. 2024 offerings include:

1. Monthly Roundtables – in-person event for supervisors to explore the “13 Behaviors of a High Trust Leader,” connect with peers and share best practices with each other.
2. Special events throughout the year.
