Vaccine registration resources
HSC Health has a limited vaccine supply for our patients. HSC patients do not need to sign up with their physician’s office or call for an appointment. Eligible patients will be contacted by their HSC Health physician’s office as vaccine supplies allow.
Tarrant County Vaccine Finder
HSC and Tarrant County are partnering to provide COVID-19 vaccines at several locations around Tarrant County. Visit the Tarrant County Strong website to register for your COVID-19 vaccine.
Vaccines.gov helps you find locations that carry COVID-19 vaccines and their contact information. Because every location handles appointments differently, you will need to schedule your appointment directly with the location you choose.
Local Vaccine Hubs
Check for appointment availability through the hub’s registration website or by calling if a website is not available. Texans can sign up to receive the vaccine in any county regardless of their county of residence.
Find the complete and updated list by county on the Texas Department of State Health Services website.
2-1-1 will assist patients with finding COVID vaccine locations across Texas. 2-1-1 will NOT schedule the appointment but provide resources such as website and/or phone numbers for patients to schedule their own appointment. When you need help, but don’t know where to turn, call 2-1-1. A highly trained information and referral specialist will
listen to your needs and connect you with the right community organization or government agency. It’s free and confidential. https://www.unitedwaytarrant.org/2-1-1/
