Flexible work arrangements

All HSC employees: Please note that, effective immediately, Campus HR no longer requires those working remotely to turn in Flexible Work Arrangement forms or to complete the online training. Supervisor approval is all that’s required. Anyone with questions may email HSC.HR@untsystem.edu. 

Working remotely during self-observation after returning from international travel

  • Employees may work remotely with their supervisor’s approval.
  • Those who cannot work remotely may claim a special paid “emergency leave” through March 27. After March 27, employees will need to use vacation and sick leave during COVID-19 self observation.

Time reporting guidelines for COVID-19 situation

Beginning on April 22, we are asking all employees to use the timesheet in EIS to record hours worked on COVID-19 related work activities. Instructions for logging in and locating the timesheet in EIS can be found at: HSC Time Reporting Guidelines for COVID-19 Situation
