Shelton T. Williams, MHA, is Assistant Chief Executive Officer for Woodland Heights Medical Center located in Lufkin, Texas. As a member of the executive leadership team, Williams is responsible for strategic and operational leadership and oversight of Woodland Heights Physician Group and a variety departments within the hospital. Williams began his healthcare career as an Administrative Specialist in 2018 and has since applied his leadership skills as Assistant Administrator at CHS-affiliated Lake Granbury Medical Center in Granbury, Texas.

Williams has led initiatives of expanding services, patient access, and improved satisfaction.

Williams is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and he received a Master of Health Administration from UNT Health Science Center College of Public Health in 2018.
