Whether you spend 2 minutes or hours on meditation, this practice has been used for centuries as a way to rest the mind and increase self-awareness. Meditation reduces stress and anxiety, improves memory, concentration, creativity and so much more! The links provided are guided meditations of all different types. There are also relaxing sceneries provided for students to meditate to or for who may prefer getting up and walking around while still practicing their meditation techniques (deep breathing and redirection of negative thoughts).
