A. The deadline for the form is 11:59 pm (CST) May 1, 2018.
Q. I forgot something or did not complete something correctly in my Supplemental Application; how can I correct it?
A. You must pay close attention to detail when completing your Supplemental Application as you may miss the deadline. On a case-by-case basis, your Supplemental Application can be reopened for corrections. Due to the large volume of applications, it is extremely time consuming to reopen your application. To avoid delays in processing your application or missing the deadline, read all instructions and carefully review your application before pressing the “submit” button. A future pharmacist must pay attention to detail.
Q. Will you review my application before I submit my Supplemental Application?
A. No, we will not review your entire application until your Supplemental Application, fee and all other required documents have been submitted. It is best for you to complete both your Supplemental Application and PharmCAS application at the same time.
Q. If I do not submit my Supplemental Application by the deadline will I still be considered for the PharmD program?
A. No, both your Supplemental Application, fee and PharmCAS application must be received by the deadline. Your application file will be administratively closed as incomplete if both applications are not submitted by the given deadlines. Deadline extensions may be granted under extraordinary circumstances. This is on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of the director of admissions and PharmCAS.
Q. Is there a fee for the Supplemental Application?
A. Yes, the Supplemental Application Processing Fee is $52.00 ($50.00 fee + $2.00 credit card convenience charge). This processing fee is in addition to any fees required by PharmCAS. The processing fee is payable online here.
