2021 Application Instructions for the PharmD Program
The 2021 application cycle will open in July 14, 2020*. Our PharmCAS and Supplemental Application deadline is April 1, 2021. It takes 4-6 weeks for PharmCAS to verify all of your submitted application materials. PLEASE APPLY EARLY.
The information below will guide you in applying to the UNT System College of Pharmacy. Our application entails a 3-step process:

Step ONE: Complete and submit the PharmCAS online application.
Before completing the application, please read PharmCAS instructions in their entirety.
All PharmCAS application questions should be addressed to PharmCAS at www.pharmcas.org
The PharmCAS application will ask for the following:
- Biographical information
- Personal data
- Institutions attended
- Official US transcript(s)
- Extracurricular activities*
- Volunteer Experience*
- Work experience
- Letters of recommendation (three required)
- PharmCAS application fee
PCAT scores are no longer required for admission to the UNT System College of Pharmacy program.
Please do not mail any of these items to the UNT System College of Pharmacy.
*Please do not include High School Volunteer or Extracurricular activities in your application.
Step TWO: Complete and Submit the UNT System College of Pharmacy Supplemental Application
You are required to complete the UNT System College of Pharmacy Supplemental Application.
Before you begin the Supplemental Application, obtain your PharmCAS ID number by creating a PharmCAS login account. Your PharmCAS ID Number will be required for completion of the Supplemental Application. It is very important that you enter your PharmCAS ID Number correctly into the form.
*IMPORTANT* Enter your User Name and Password to create your account; shortly afterwards you will receive an email verification. You have two (2) hours to respond to this email; if you do not acknowledge in this time frame, you will experience IT issues. At that point, you will need to contact us using the email listed below. IT will take several days to resolve the issue and this will delay your submission.
When you start your application, please print the instructions page to refer to as you complete your application.

Supplemental Application Processing Fee
Step THREE: Turn in the Supplemental Application Processing Fee
The Supplemental Application Processing Fee is $77. You may pay the fee online at this link. ($75.00 fee + $2.00 credit card convenience charge).
Selected applicants will be invited to a virtual admissions interview via Zoom video conferencing. Please note that not everyone who applies for admission is invited to interview.
