7.1    The course instructions articulate or link to a clear description of the technical support offered and how to obtain it. 7.2    Course instructions articulate or link to the institution’s accessibility policies and services. 7.3    Course instructions articulate or link to the institution’s academic support services and resources that can help learners succeed in the course. 7.4   Course instructions articulate or link to the institution’s student services and resources that can help learners succeed.

 

Standard 7 Checklist

green arrow State description of the technical support services provided. (7.1)
green arrow Provide link, email, or phone number to technical support center. (7.1)
green arrow Clearly worded directions for obtaining academic & student support for provided resources along with links. (7.3)
green arrow Links to tutorials or resources providing instructions on how to use the tools and features of the learning management system. (7.1)
green arrow Statement that informs the learner how to obtain an institution’s disability support services. (7.2)
green arrow Link provided to the institution’s accessibility policy. (7.2)
green arrow Accommodation statements state that services and accommodations are available for learners with disabilities. (7.2)
