Dementia C.A.R.E.S 

Dementia CARES (Caregiver Access to Resources, Education, and Support) is a 6 week caregiver education and support program for those caring for someone with dementia. This program is offered to UNT Health Science Center, Center for Geriatrics patients and caregivers, and is also open to the public. Dementia & Caregiver Education Podcasts

Audio and video podcasts provide information about caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia, and cover a range of topics, from managing behaviors, communication, and legal and financial considerations. Podcasts are available through James L. West Center for Dementia Care and Plaid for Women at www.JamesLWestLearn.org.
