Wellness Week: Spring 2017
Join the Office of Care and Civility for our first ever Wellness Week, Feb. 27-March 3. We will be targeting intellectual, physical, emotional, financial, and social wellness throughout the week. Check out the schedule below!

Monday, Feb. 27: Intellectual Wellness
Learn active study techniques such as note-taking with the Center for Academic Performance.

Tuesday, Feb. 28: Physical Wellness
Participate in an army-style workout with Veteran, Jonathan Silk. People of all levels of fitness are invited to participate in this fun workout. Refreshments will be provided by SWEAT and SVA, so please be sure to RSVP.

Wednesday, March 1: Emotional Wellness
Take a study break with dogs at the Lewis Library! The Paws Program brings therapy dog groups into the library to help students de-stress and provide a relaxing experience for the UNTHSC community!

Thursday, March 2: Financial Wellness
Join Wells Fargo for a discussion on healthy credit. You will learn how to make financially healthy decisions and build toward a secure financial future. Lunch will be provided by the Office of Financial Aid, so be sure to RSVP.

Friday, March 3: Social Wellness
Take time to socialize with your classmates, coworkers, and colleagues. We will have a variety of games on the lawn for people to engage in. All faculty, staff, and students are welcome to attend! Drinks and snacks will be provided by the UNTHSC Police Department and the Fun Club, so be sure to RSVP.
